K is for Krazy Kites. Mrs. Mac’s Kinders made kites for “Krazy Kite Day” and then they took to the playground to see if they would fly. Well chaos and hilarity ensued and it seems safe to say that they had a great time learning about kites!

Monday’s thunder put a damper on our “I is for Insect” day but Mrs. Mac’s Kinders went out bright and early Tuesday to look for bugs! The students found ants, worms, centipedes, and other creepy crawlies and it was such a fun way to start the day. Later, we learned how to build jigsaw puzzles for our J day. After building one as a class, we worked in small groups to build more puzzles. It was hard but the students were so persistent and worked great in their teams. Great job, Kinders!
